Returning to work after maternity leave always requires many adjustments for new mothers. The hospitality team at the Hyderabad Campus in association with the Women Empowerment Cell started a New Mothers room to help the mothers returning from maternity leave and still nursing. The room has facilities to provide a relaxing atmosphere where the mothers can use the breast pump in privacy and save the milk in a separate refrigerator.

The room allocated for this purpose J626 in J block has comfortable seating, a mini refrigerator, with a lockable door for privacy. This facility has been appreciated by all employees and benefited 2 new mothers.
